Classes, tuition, and progress — one calm app for your school.
Running a tutoring business or music school means juggling schedules, attendance, progress, and payments across a pile of spreadsheets, chat threads, and payment apps. Lernhive puts all of it in one place, with a clean view for teachers, a simple one for parents, and secure online tuition when you're ready for it.
What you can do
Organize your school. Add students and teachers, group them into classes and terms, and manage everyone from one roster. Invite people by code or QR — or open a public self-registration link families can sign up through, with every request held for your approval.
Schedule and take attendance. Set up recurring sessions, see the whole term on one calendar, and mark who's in — class by class — in seconds. Handle makeups and cancellations without the back-and-forth.
Track real progress. Log skills, write progress notes, and share term-end report cards, so every student and parent can see how things are going.
Share materials and stay in touch. Post lesson materials, links, and files to a class, collect practice uploads and review submissions, and message families or send class-wide announcements — all included free.
Get paid, automatically. Send recurring tuition invoices and gentle payment reminders on schedule. With Lernhive Pro, collect tuition online by card — no chasing, no spreadsheets.
A view for everyone. Parents and students sign in to see upcoming classes, follow progress, and pay tuition securely — each seeing only their own child or schedule.
Lernhive Pro
Free is genuinely useful: up to 5 seats with scheduling, make-up classes, enrollment (code, QR, or self-registration), attendance, progress, materials, messaging, practice and submissions, and manual payment tracking. Lernhive Pro adds the tools for getting paid and growing — unlimited members, online tuition by card, automatic invoices with payment and lesson reminders, absence alerts, a private photo gallery, shareable event flyers with RSVP, and reports. $29/month or $290/year, auto-renewing — cancel anytime.
Private and multi-tenant
Every school's data is isolated from every other school's, enforced at the database level. Card payments are handled by Apple and Stripe — Lernhive never sees or stores card numbers. No tracking, no ads.
Built for
Independent tutors, music and dance schools, test-prep centers, and class studios that want to run their whole operation — roster, schedule, progress, and tuition — from one app instead of five.
