NYRAI is a small studio. We collect the smallest amount of data possible to do our job, and we don't sell or share it.

What we collect

When you send a message through our contact form or by email, we collect your email address and whatever you write. That's it. We don't use marketing cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your email to reply to you. If we agree to work together, we may use it to send invoices and project communications. That's the entire scope.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Resend. Cal.com handles bookings if you choose to schedule a call. Both providers have their own privacy policies, which apply to data handled on their platforms.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can ask us to delete any data we have on you. Email [email protected] and we'll delete it within 30 days. We don't sell your data; CCPA opt-outs don't apply because there's nothing to opt out of.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the “last updated” date above. Material changes get a note at the top.
